We’re looking for a Salesperson or Trainee Salesperson to join our small but growing team at Norris Motor Group Brendale LDV. Whether you’re experienced in sales or just looking for a career change, this is your opportunity to work one-on-one with a Selling Manager and receive personalised, on-the-job training.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Selling new LDV vehicles to individual and business customers
• Providing a 5-star customer experience, from first contact to after-sales follow-up
• Learning and applying a structured, proven sales process
• Managing enquiries and converting leads into deals
• Staying up to date on new products and features

What We’re Looking For:
We’re open to experience levels – you could be:

• An experienced automotive salesperson ready for a new challenge
• A retail or hospitality professional looking to break into sales
• A school leaver or career-changer hungry to build a successful future

You'll need:

• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional presentation and work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A current Australian driver’s licence
