Sales experience is not essential for this role. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong customer-first attitude, excellent after-sales care, and the motivation to introduce clients to the Norris Motor Group experience.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
·         The ability to build instant rapport with customers
·         Sales experience (automotive preferred, but not essential)
·         A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         A team-focused mindset and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment
·         Professional presentation and the motivation to exceed sales targets
·         The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
·         A desire to continuously learn and stay informed about new products
·         Excellent time management and a proactive attitude
·         A current Australian driver’s licence
