 About the Role:
Due to internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Car Care Specialist, you will receive full training and support to develop your skills in presenting and selling a range of car care vehicle protection products. This role is perfect for someone looking to get a strong start in the automotive industry and grow into a high-performing sales professional.
Day-to-day operations include working closely with sales consultants, finance and department managers to ensure a smooth purchase process for our clients.
Meeting and greeting clients, demonstration and selling of products, negotiation and follow up where required.
Updating and maintain excel logs and spreadsheets, reporting figures to managements and issuing warranty documentation.
Providing outstanding customer service

About You:
We are looking for someone who is seeking to progress their career, experience in the automotive industry would be great but is not essential, however a passion for sales and people required.
You should have experience in dealing with customers face to face or by phone, preferably in a sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn to present and sell a variety of car care and protection products, including dash cameras, paint and interior protection, window tinting, rust proofing, and more
• Assist with customer enquiries in the showroom
• Support the customer experience through all stages of the sales process
• Develop product knowledge and presentation skills through ongoing training
• Help generate warranty documentation and maintain accurate sales records
• Build strong relationships with customers and the dealership team
