Our Brisbane IT Department is at the forefront of driving innovation, delivering the digital tools and platforms that support our dealerships and customers nationwide. We’re now looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team.

The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who thrives across the stack — infrastructure, data, back-end, and front-end. You’ll be working on a number of cloud-native solutions, helping us deliver robust, scalable systems for a fast-moving business. Our team is dynamic and non-traditional, embracing change and challenging the status quo with proactive thinking and creative problem-solving. If you’re someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a willingness to contribute beyond the expected, you’ll feel right at home here. What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in professional software development or similar
• Strong communication skills, both within the team and with stakeholders
• Proven capability across infrastructure, data, back-end, and front-end development
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, CosmosDB, MongoDB etc.)
• Strong background in cloud development, especially Microsoft Azure (app services, serverless functions, databases, message buses, logging etc.)
• Experience with server-side frameworks (ASP.NET, Express/Node.js etc.)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform etc.)
• Skilled at developing and integrating with REST and GraphQL APIs
• Understanding of testing methodologies (system testing, unit testing frameworks etc.)
• A high degree of initiative and independence, able to deliver results in a team or individually
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, non-traditional development environment and proactively contribute end-to-end

Nice to Haves

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Front-end experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, Angular.js etc.)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar (Pipelines, Boards etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure authentication and Application Insights
• Experience with Temporal.io for long running workflows
