Applications Support Analyst

The Opportunity
We are seeking a TUNE Specialist who will help our Toyota and Lexus dealerships get the most out of the TUNE Dealer Management System (DMS). You’ll uncover useful features, improve how the system is used and make sure it keeps up with business needs.

How you’ll make an impact
· Improve dealership operations by finding underused features and introducing new ones that make everyday tasks easier
· Create easy-to-use training tools that help teams learn and use TUNE more effectively
· Run hands-on training sessions with regional teams to build confidence and encourage full use of the system
· Manage TUNE DMS support tickets between Revolution and TMCA

What you bring
· Extensive knowledge of the TUNE DMS - from setup to solving problems
· Clear communication skills to explain system features simply
· Understanding of dealership operations across sales, service, parts, and admin
· Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, data-based solutions
