We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, confident, and ultra-organised Customer Concierge to be the face and voice of Lander Toyota – Working With Australia’s #1 Trusted Automotive Brand

As the first person our guests see or speak to, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience. Whether it’s a warm smile at the front desk or a friendly voice over the phone, you’ll make every guest feel like a VIP from the moment they connect with us.
But this role is so much more than just a friendly welcome.

You’ll be the heartbeat of our showroom: greeting customers, managing calls, assisting teams behind the scenes, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable. With a keen eye for detail and a natural flair for hospitality, you’ll help keep things running like clockwork while making everyone feel right at home.

Think of yourself as part concierge, part coordinator – all while keeping your cool and your smile.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
• A confident communicator with a polished phone manner
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Previous reception experience is a bonus, but not essential if you’re eager to learn
