Customer Relations Consultant

Do you have experience as a Customer Relationship Consultant in a high volume and fast paced team environment? You may be the person we are looking for. 

As our Customer Relations Consultant, it will be your mission to make sure all our guest retention, brand management and digital activities are spot on. It will be down to you to maintain our CRM database, and review and report back on all aspects of our guests’ experience to ensure that our retention activities stay on track. 

You will also need to maintain a uniform marketing program for our dealership and oversee our activities to ensure they comply with TFL and our brand standards.  Our other responsibilities will involve reviewing and updating all our digital channel.

To do this, you will need to be a computer guru with great attention to detail and crackerjack written communication skills. You’ll also need to be a people person, able to work with just about everybody, from our highly motivated team of professionals to our diverse customer base.
