About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our BYD teams in Brighton and Mornington. This is an opportunity to be part of the EV revolution, representing one of the most talked-about brands in the industry.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through their EV journey, from first enquiry to final handover. You’ll work in a supportive and professional environment that values genuine service, teamwork, and a strong passion for the BYD brand.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers in the showroom and online to understand their needs
• Demonstrate BYD vehicles and highlight key features and benefits
• Support customers throughout the sales and delivery process
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads
• Contribute to a positive team environment and exceptional guest experience

Skills & Experience

• Previous automotive or retail sales experience (EV or new car sales highly regarded)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine interest in electric vehicles and new technology
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving results
• Current driver’s licence essential
