Warranty Administrator

In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of warranty claims - working closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to ensure everything runs smoothly and compliantly. Whether you bring prior experience in warranty or you’re an administrative superstar ready to learn the ropes, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in warranty administration (automotive industry experience a plus)
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
• Communicates confidently, solves problems proactively, and works well in a team
• Can accurately process and submit manufacturer warranty claims
• Is confident reviewing repair orders and liaising with service advisors and technicians for correct documentation
• Understands compliance requirements, can assist with audits, and supports general admin across the service team
