With our ongoing success, we are now seeking applications to fill the role of a Service Advisor at our BYD Service & Repair Centre in Belconnen, to help deliver the kind of customer care and experience we are famous for.
Prior experience in retail or automotive service is desirable, as is your enthusiasm and flair for providing all our customers with the ultimate servicing experience.
You’ll have to hit the ground running, employing your exceptional customer service skills to help us meet and exceed our dealership KPIs.
A high level of computer literacy and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is also essential.

About the Role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for performing a range of duties including: vehicle check-in and check-out, service bookings, answering phone calls and emails promptly, ensuring all job records are accurate, delivering exceptional customer service, focusing on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
