We are currently seeking applications to fill the role of Service Advisor at our Gerald Slaven Ford Dealership in Belconnen to help deliver the kind of customer-care and experience we are famous for.

 

About the role:

Most important will be your commitment to creating an amazing experience for our customers. You’ll be the liaison between them, and our service technicians and whilst previous experience in this role would be highly regarded, it is not essential. Duties will include:

  • Providing quotes for vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Assisting customers with enquiries, bookings and service scheduling over the phone, in person and via email
  • Processing orders, invoices and payments
  • Liaising with customers, sales staff and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines
  • Arranging loan vehicles for customers
  • Operating specialised automotive computer software

 

To be considered you will have the following:

  • Experience in a busy customer orientated role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent computer and administrative skills
  • Hands on/Can-do approach
  • Current Driver's license
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
