Eagers TACT Pty Limited trading as Canberra Toyota is a top 20 Toyota dealer in Australia with 4 sites, 350 staff and with sales in excess of 5,000 vehicles each year. With new vehicles now coming we are seeking to employ an Administration Officer in our dynamic team in Belconnen.

As an Administration Officer a key support role to the delivery of our services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business dealership operations are run efficiently and our customers receive an exceptional experience. You will:

• Assist with Brand Marketing across both Toyota Dealerships.
• Manage a series of administrative support functions
• Manage requests and enquiries
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in systems and databases
• Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
• Assist with special projects as required
• Support the team with various activities

• Interest in Brand Marketing
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
• Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
• Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is not essential but highly desirable
• Be well presented & punctual
• Be happy & able to work autonomously, but also thrive in a team environment
• Be a problem-solver with the ability to think quickly
• Have the ability to multi-task
• Be self-motivated and well organised with great time management and the ability to meet deadlines
• Possess strong computer skills and an eye for detail
• Have a willingness to learn with a positive, solution focused attitude
• Hold a current full driver’s licence
