We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Diagnostic Master Technician to join our team at Canberra Toyota Belconnen. This role is responsible for conducting Diagnostics within the day-to-day operations. Using your vast mechanical knowledge and exceptional organisational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet the Dealership targets.

About this role: 

• Part of the workshop team
• Create a positive workplace environment
• Coach and mentor workshop staff
• Customer interactions and road-testing
• Quality control
• Comply with manufacturer KPIs
• Diagnostics
• Work with management to achieve business KPIs and targets
• Oversee vehicle repair, procedures and warranty claims
• Provide support with Service Advising and Parts Advising

Must haves:

• Cert III light vehicle automotive
• Minimum 5 years post trade qualification
• Dealership Experience highly regarded 
• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in a busy fast paced environment
• Ability to interact and engage with Customers
• Team orientated
• Driven to maintain a high standard and reach KPI targets
