Parts Manager

We are currently looking for an Automotive Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department at Big Rock Toyota in Balcatta
 
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department. This will include working with the Service Team and providing the best possible service to our customers.
  
Duties will include:

• Ensuring monthly targets are achieved.
• Working collaboratively with the Service Department to achieve KPIs in both departments.
• Ensuring customer service standards are met.
• Assisting the general public with queries and purchases
• Interpreting requests for parts as required
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers

You will ideally possess:

• Experience managing a Parts Department 
• Experience working in a Parts Department as an Assistant Manager or Interpreter (essential)
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Track record of successfully leading a team and meeting budgets
• Australian working rights and driver’s licence
