Finance and Insurance Consultant

easyauto123 Balcatta are seeking a driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. This role plays a pivotal part in the vehicle purchase experience by providing tailored finance and insurance solutions that suit our guests' individual needs.

In addition to experienced applicants, we are also open to considering a motivated trainee who is eager to grow within the automotive industry. You will:

• Present finance and insurance products in a clear, professional manner
• Structure finance packages to meet customer requirements and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
• Build strong relationships with guests and support a seamless handover process
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

• Experience in automotive finance and/or insurance preferred
• Proven track record in sales, finance, or lending environments
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance obligations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Current driver’s licence and ability to gain required accreditations
