Warranty Administrator

About the Role

Aspley LDV is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Warranty Administrator to join our service team.

This role will be based at our service department located in Geebung.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer guidelines. You will work closely with technicians, service advisors, and management to support smooth workshop operations and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

This is a dual role and will include tasks of the Service Advisor role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, submitting, and tracking warranty claims within manufacturer requirements
• Reviewing repair orders and documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Liaising with technicians to ensure correct warranty coding and supporting evidence
• Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of manufacturer policies and recall campaigns
• Monitoring claim progress and following up on outstanding approvals
• Managing warranties relating to parts, labour, and goodwill requests
• Providing administrative support to the service department as required
• Provide support to Service Advisors and assist with Service Advisor tasks

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in warranty administration, service advising, or dealership administration
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Good understanding of dealership systems, service operations, or manufacturer processes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Competent computer skills across dealer management systems and Microsoft Office
