What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with genuine enthusiasm and introduce them to the world of BYD electric vehicles.
• Bring BYD to life through product demos, test drives, and clear explanations of EV features & benefits.
• Guide customers through every step of the sales journey with professionalism and care.
• Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service that drives high NPS and customer loyalty.
• Stay up to date with the latest BYD updates, EV tech trends, and charging solutions.
• Collaborate closely with your team to create a seamless, futuristic customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Sales experience (automotive or retail) or a genuine passion for EVs and helping customers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate tech features into real customer value.
• A friendly, engaging personality with a commitment to amazing customer service.
• Motivation, drive, and the willingness to embrace new technology and continuous learning.
• Driver’s Licence (Motor Salesperson/Dealer Licence a bonus).
