Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

easyauto123 Aspley is seeking a motivated and customer focused Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high performing sales team. You will play a key role in guiding customers through their purchase journey, from first enquiry through to delivery, while building strong relationships and delivering an experience that keeps people coming back.

About the Role
In this sales focused position, you will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers on the yard and online, and closing deals in line with dealership standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging customers in person, online, and over the phone
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles
• Managing enquiries and follow ups through the sales process
• Conducting test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Negotiating sales and finance options
• Completing sales documentation accurately and on time
• Delivering vehicles and ensuring a positive handover experience

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer facing role (preferred)
• A driven and results focused mindset
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Professional presentation and approach
• Ability to work in a target driven environment
• High attention to detail and organisation
• Current driver’s licence
