About the Role

Aspley Automall is looking for its next superstar Brand Champion and it could be you!

Our workshop is almost brand new and would be considered one of the best fit outs across Brisbane – don’t believe me, come and have a look!

We currently employ some of the industry’s leading brand champions including National Skills achievers and Master Technicians along with EV specialists. Some even have these awards across our multiple brands which include Nissan, Hyundai, GMSV, Mitsubishi, BYD, Subaru and Suzuki.

We are a large multi franchised dealership that is rapidly expanding and provides a wide variety of opportunities for Automotive Technicians.

We provide you the environment to succeed, and the training and mentoring to back it up.

The work made available to you will be in line with your experience and expertise, at times may be challenging but will always be rewarding.

We also offer a 9 day fortnight!

About you

You may already be working at a Franchise Dealership, or at an independent workshop looking for a new challenge that rewards your efforts.

• You will have a high level of attention to detail
• A strong Fix Right First Time work ethic
• Have proven experience within the automotive industry
• A desire and willingness to learn, grow and help others where applicable
• Be able to work autonomously, and as part of a team

Your responsibilities will include:

• All mechanical repairs, and Hi level diagnostics
• Carrying out inspections and completing warranty or roadworthy‑related work RWC licence a bonus
• Accurately documenting all work and following workshop procedures
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Working collaboratively with the service and parts departments

Skills and Experience

• Qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Current driver’s licence (mandatory)
• Full work rights (mandatory)
