The Opportunity
Automall Aspley has a vacancy for a Service Receptionist Maternity leave replacement, contract until end of February 2026 with the possibility of ongoing employment at this time..
This role is the face of our business, you will be one of the first points of contact either on the phone or at the dealership in our busy and high performing multi franchise service department
We are a large multi franchise workshop providing many opportunities for all of our staff to grow and progress their skills in a variety of ways.

About this role
· Answering calls and responding to customers needs promptly
· Reviewing appointments and paperwork prior to customers arrivals
· Handling of messages to pass on to relevant staff members within the business
· Deliver a high standard of customer excellence with each opportunity
· Scheduling of appointments
· Administrative tasks as required
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
