Registration Clerk

About the Role

Aspley Automall are seeking a detail‑focused and organised Registration Clerk to support vehicle registrations across our busy, multi‑brand automotive operation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicle registrations are completed accurately, on time, and in line with legislative and company requirements.

Working closely with Sales, Administration, and Delivery teams, this position plays a key role in ensuring vehicles are ready for customer delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing new and used vehicle registrations and number plate allocations
• Preparing and submitting registration paperwork accurately and within required timeframes
• Liaising with transport authorities to ensure compliance with registration requirements
• Maintaining accurate records and registration databases
• Supporting internal teams with registration queries and documentation
• Ensuring all processes meet legislative, dealership, and audit standards
• Assisting with reporting and reconciliation related to registrations

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in automotive administration highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident communication skills and professional approach
• Well‑organised with strong time‑management skills
• Competent using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Automotive dealership or multi‑site experience desirable but not essential
