New Vehicle Sales Manager

About the Role

As the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales department, driving performance and ensuring the highest standards of customer service across the dealership.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and developing the new vehicle sales team
• Driving vehicle sales, profitability and market share growth
• Monitoring performance against sales targets and KPIs
• Managing the sales process to maximise customer satisfaction
• Developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Working closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftersales teams to deliver a seamless customer journey
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with dealership policies and industry standards

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in automotive sales leadership
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional leadership, coaching and team development skills
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational and business management capabilities
• The ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement strategies
• Current driver's licence

Experience within a high-volume dealership environment will be highly regarded.
