Fleet Administrator

About the Role

Aspley Automall are seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Fleet Administrator to support fleet sales operations across a busy, multi‑brand automotive environment. In this role, you will provide end‑to‑end administrative support to ensure fleet vehicle orders, documentation, and processes are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

Working closely with Fleet Sales, Finance, and Administration teams, this position plays a key role in delivering a smooth and professional experience for fleet customers and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and processing fleet vehicle documentation and contracts
• Managing vehicle orders, registrations, and delivery paperwork
• Maintaining accurate records and data across dealership systems
• Liaising with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams regarding order status
• Supporting invoicing, settlements, and compliance requirements
• Assisting with reporting and tracking of fleet sales activity
• Ensuring all documentation meets company, manufacturer, and regulatory standards

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in administration, fleet support, or sales support highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Confident communication skills and professional approach
• Well‑organised with strong time‑management skills
• Competent using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Current driver’s licence
