About the Role

Aspley RAM and Renault are seeking a driven and customer‑focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high‑performing sales team. This role plays a pivotal part in the vehicle purchase experience by providing tailored finance and insurance solutions that suit our customers’ individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Present finance and insurance products in a clear, professional manner
• Structure finance packages to meet customer requirements and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
• Build strong relationships with customers and support a seamless handover process
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

• Experience in automotive finance and/or insurance preferred
• Proven track record in sales, finance, or lending environments
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance obligations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Current driver’s licence and ability to gain required accreditations
