As a Finance and Insurance Consultant here, you’re stepping into:

🚗 What You’ll Do

• Deliver tailored finance, insurance, and warranty solutions that build trust and maximise customer confidence
• Partner closely with high-performing sales teams across multiple franchises to drive volume and profitability
• Accurately prepare, package, and submit finance applications across a broad lender network
• Manage finance documentation, settlements, and execution in line with lender, ASIC, and compliance requirements
• Produce remittance, settlement, and month-end reporting with precision
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation in line with legislative standards
• Monitor performance against targets, identify opportunities, and continuously improve outcomes

💡 About You

• Proven experience as a Finance and Insurance Consultant in a multi-franchise automotive dealership or high-volume finance environment
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Confident, professional communicator who builds trust quickly and closes with integrity
• Highly capable with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and finance / insurer platforms
• Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and proactive
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume operation
• Current Driver’s Licence essential
