🚗 What You’ll Learn & Do

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll receive hands-on training in all aspects of automotive finance and insurance, including:

• Assisting with finance, insurance, and warranty solutions for customers
• Preparing and packaging finance applications accurately
• Learning lender processes, compliance requirements, and ASIC obligations
• Managing finance documentation, settlements, and record keeping
• Supporting reporting, remittances, and month-end processes
• Working closely with sales teams across multiple brands
• Developing customer communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

This role is designed to progress into a Finance and Insurance Consultant position for the right candidate.

💡 About You

• Strong desire to build a career in automotive finance or financial services
• Experience in automotive sales, finance admin, dealership support, or customer service is highly regarded (but not essential)
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a professional, customer-first approach
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and learning new systems
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who takes pride in doing things properly
• Current Driver’s Licence preferred
