What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging directly with guests to understand their finance needs and provide custom solutions
• Facilitating consumer and commercial lending from start to finish
• Building rapport and trust in a high-traffic, multi-brand dealership environment
• Using technology platforms and finance tools to drive performance and efficiency
• Working closely with our sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in lending, finance, or vehicle sales (or the right attitude to learn fast)
• Confidence in face-to-face conversations and ability to quickly build relationships
• A proactive, positive mindset and strong attention to detail

This is a full-time, dealership-based role in Aspley, QLD with a flexible five-day working week (including most Saturdays). Salary will be negotiated based on your experience and what you bring to the role.
