Cluster Manager

About the role

As the Finance & Insurance Cluster Manager, you will have overall accountability for the performance, development and consistency of Finance & Insurance operations across the Aspley Automall.

Working closely with Dealer Principals, General Managers and Sales leadership, you will set clear expectations, coach capability, and ensure best‑practice F&I execution across multiple dealerships and brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop F&I Managers and F&I teams across the cluster
• Drive F&I performance including penetration, product mix, conversion and profitability
• Set, monitor and manage KPIs, targets and performance plans
• Ensure consistent delivery of compliant finance and insurance processes across all sites
• Coach teams on sales effectiveness, customer outcomes and value‑based selling
• Partner with Sales and Dealer leadership to improve customer journey and lead conversion
• Maintain strong relationships with lender and product partners
• Ensure compliance with ASIC, NCCP, privacy, OEM and Group governance requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to lift performance, consistency and customer experience

About you

• Proven experience in a senior F&I leadership role (F&I Cluster Manager, Senior F&I Manager or similar)
• Strong track record of driving F&I performance across multiple dealerships or teams
• Deep understanding of automotive finance, insurance products and compliance frameworks
• A hands‑on, people‑first leader who enjoys coaching, developing and challenging teams
• Confident communicator able to influence Dealer Principals, Sales Leaders and frontline teams
• Highly organised with a disciplined, commercial mindset and attention to detail
