Car Care Consultant

About the Role

Automall Aspley are seeking an enthusiastic and customer‑focused Car Care Consultant to join our sales support team within a busy, multi‑brand automotive environment. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal sales teams to present vehicle protection products and aftercare solutions that enhance the ownership experience.

This role suits someone with strong communication skills who enjoys building rapport, clearly explaining product benefits, and contributing to a positive and professional vehicle handover experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Present car care, protection, and aftercare products to customers
• Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently
• Support the vehicle delivery process with professional product presentations
• Maintain accurate documentation and sales records
• Work collaboratively with New Vehicle Sales and Finance teams across multiple brands
• Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the delivery process

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive environments highly regarded
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• High attention to detail and professional approach
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Current driver’s licence
