Receptionist

About the Role 

Alice Springs Toyota are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while providing efficient administrative and front-desk support. 

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with dealership enquiries and Carwash queries
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department 
• Support the service and sales teams with administrative tasks 
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with guests 
• Manage the reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times 
• Assist management with planning and booking events
• Complete daily banking tasks including spreadsheets & preparing banking bags
• Maintain inventory levels and liaise with vendors for office supply needs

Skills & Experience 

• Previous experience in a receptionist, administration, or customer service role 
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong attention to detail and organisation 
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office 
• Current driver’s licence
