About the Role

Alice Springs Toyota is seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support across our dealership operations — ensuring accurate documentation, smooth processes, and excellent internal service delivery.
Your day will include a mix of administrative, customer-facing, and creative tasks, making this a varied and rewarding position for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing vehicle sales, registrations, and general documentation
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in dealership systems
• Provide administrative support to sales, service, and finance teams
• Cover reception and manage incoming customer calls in a friendly, professional manner
• Post engaging dealership updates, sales news, and stories across social media platforms
• Respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient daily workflow across departments

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in an administration or clerical role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• A team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content posting (training provided)
