About the Role

As an Accessory Fitter, you will play an important role in preparing vehicles to Toyota's high standards, ensuring each customer receives a vehicle that is ready for work, adventure, and everyday life.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out accessory fitment and repairs in accordance with repair orders and manufacturer specifications
• Plan and organise each job to maximise efficiency and productivity
• Repair and maintain vehicles in line with Toyota standards and requirements
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer expectations
• Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Work collaboratively with the Service and Pre-Delivery teams

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship

• Is reliable, organised, and self-motivated
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Has excellent time management skills
• Is committed to workplace safety
• Holds a current driver's licence

Previous experience in accessory fitting, automotive servicing, or a related trade will be highly regarded; however, attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic are equally important.
