About the role
As the Service Booking Administrator, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers booking their vehicles in for service. You’ll play a critical role in keeping the service department running smoothly by managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and providing a great customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage service bookings via phone, email and internal systems
- Confirm appointment availability and coordinate with the Service team
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Update and maintain accurate booking and customer records
- Support general administration tasks within the Service department
- Assist in maintaining a smooth daily workflow in a high‑volume environment
About you
- Previous experience in administration, bookings, or customer service
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, structured environment
- Automotive or dealership experience is highly regarded, but not essential
