About the role

As Customer Relations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing customer feedback, managing escalations and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality experience across Sales and Service. Acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, you’ll help resolve issues effectively while identifying opportunities to improve processes and satisfaction outcomes.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Manage customer complaints, feedback and escalations through to resolution
  • Act as a customer advocate across Sales, Service and Operations
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to improve customer outcomes
  • Investigate customer concerns and recommend practical solutions
  • Track trends, root causes and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure customer interactions align with BYD standards and brand values
  • Support a positive, professional and customer‑focused culture

 

About you

  • Previous experience in customer relations, customer experience or complaints management
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to remain calm, professional and solutions‑focused in challenging situations
  • High attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach
  • Confident working across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
  • Automotive or dealership experience is highly regarded, but not essential
