Right now, we're looking for a Service Receptionist who genuinely loves dealing with people and is passionate about helping us "wow" every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are ever the same, but you'll spend your time:
🚗 Welcoming guests into our dealership and service department with warmth and professionalism.
📅 Assisting with service bookings and guest enquiries.
☎️ Managing incoming calls and ensuring every interaction is a great one.
🤝 Supporting our Service Advisors and wider team with the day-to-day running of the department.
✨ Helping create the premium experience our BMW and MINI guests know and love.
🎉 Bringing positive energy and a smile to work every day.

About You

You might come from hospitality, retail, airlines, customer service or reception – that's perfectly okay!
