As Adelaide's oldest, biggest and most successful BMW and MINI dealership, we're proud to represent two of the world's most iconic automotive brands from our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility on West Terrace.
We're now looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our award-winning team.
This is a role for someone who loves people, thrives in a busy environment, and gets genuine satisfaction from creating amazing experiences for guests.
Previous Service Advisor experience is great, but it's not essential. If you've built your career delighting customers in hospitality, retail, luxury brands, airlines, hotels or other guest-facing industries, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are ever the same, but your day will include:
🚗 Welcoming and looking after our guests throughout their service journey.
📅 Managing bookings and coordinating workshop schedules.
🤝 Building lasting relationships and delivering an experience that exceeds expectations.
🔧 Working closely with our technicians and service team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
💬 Explaining vehicle requirements in a clear and professional manner.
✨ Helping us create those "wow" moments that keep our guests coming back.
🎯 Keeping calm, organised and positive in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
